It is not necessary to contact me regarding your qualifications for being a Navy Mustang. There is no Navy Official definition. If you were called a Mustang while on active duty then you are a Mustang. Please don't ask me to make that determination by sending me your resume. For those of you who have long since retired only you know for sure if you are a Mustang or not.
